Sponsorship of Belfast Photo Festival 2025

Sponsorship of Belfast Photo Festival 2025

At Alexander Boyd Displays, we believe in the power of visual storytelling – and we’re proud to support organisations that bring that vision to life in meaningful and creative ways.

That’s why we’re delighted to announce our continued sponsorship of Belfast Photo Festival 2025, one of Europe’s leading photography festivals and a key cultural event in Northern Ireland’s arts calendar.

A Partnership Rooted in Sustainability

This year, we’re supporting the delivery of over 16 outdoor exhibitions across Belfast and beyond, providing high-impact display solutions that are as bold as they are sustainable. From large-scale photographic prints to signage that can withstand the elements, our goal is to ensure every piece is not only visually striking but also environmentally conscious.

We’ve worked closely with the Festival team over the years to find ways of reducing waste and increasing reusability, including wrapping durable exhibition panels in PVC-free vinyl, which can be updated year after year with new artwork – a smart, sustainable alternative to one-time-use materials.

A Behind-the-Scenes Visit

We were thrilled to recently welcome members of the Belfast Photo Festival team to our factory for a behind-the-scenes look at how their exhibitions come to life.

During their visit, the team explored our latest print capabilities and materials, including the sustainable options we’ll be using for this year’s displays. Ricky from our production team walked them through our processes and techniques, offering a first-hand look at how we’re helping create exhibitions that are built to last – both visually and environmentally.

Looking Ahead

With so many exciting installations ahead – and recently Joe Laverty’s “Shallow Waters” exhibition at Queen’s University Belfast as part of the Reach ’25 Arts & Sustainability Festival – we’re proud to play a part in delivering impactful displays that help tell powerful stories through photography.
