Our recent collaboration on the Fenergo Leadership Summit, hosted at the prestigious Galgorm, is a standout example of how expertly crafted print and signage solutions can help bring a brand to life in a live event setting.

A Collaborative Effort

Commissioned by the brilliant team at AXL Audiovisual Ltd, we were proud to be the print and signage partner for this high-profile event. AXL led the charge with their AV and production expertise, and our goal was to complement their vision by enhancing the event environment through bold, immersive branding – from the moment guests arrived, right through to the main conference areas.

Signage That Speaks Volumes

To support the delivery of a seamless and on-brand delegate experience, we supplied a comprehensive suite of signage and large format print solutions including:

• Welcome & Wayfinding Signage: 15 directional arrow signs to guide attendees through the venue
• Venue Branding: Window vinyls (x30), removable entrance graphics, and custom signage for both the Four Seasons entrance and dining areas
• Demo Stations: Branded black-backed fabric displays mounted on MDF for clean and modern interaction points
• 3D Branded Logos: Both large and small 3D logo installations that made a strong visual impact throughout the space
• Stage & Set Design: Custom timber frames for the LED screen and branded stage lino to pull the visual identity through to the main stage
• Venue Branding: Window vinyls (x30), removable entrance graphics, and custom signage for both the Four Seasons entrance and dining areas
• Event Zones: Coffee station signage in 10mm Stadur with velcro application, TV surround displays, trifold totems, lectern stands, and branded bars including the marble bar and large display bar
